A New Village Tradition Begins — And You’re Invited
New Year’s Eve in North Conway has always had a special glow — twinkling lights in the Village, snowy sidewalks, and families gathering to welcome a new year in the shadow of the White Mountains. This year, that magic is growing into something even more exciting.
For 2025, the North Conway Village Association and the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce have reimagined our New Year’s Eve into a full village-wide celebration, designed to help visitors and locals experience the best of America’s #1 Ski Town.
At the Eastern Slope Inn, we’re thrilled to support this new chapter — one that brings our whole community together in a way North Conway has never done before.
A New Way to Explore the Village
This year’s NYE Night Out invites guests to visit participating businesses throughout the Village and scan QR codes located inside each one.
Each scan earns an entry into the 8:30 PM raffle drawing, featuring great prizes donated by local shops and organizations. It’s simple, interactive, and a fun way to rediscover everything the Village has to offer — from long-loved staples to new hidden gems.
Visitors may start participating as early as noon, making it a full-day celebration that supports businesses open earlier in the day as well as those active in the evening.
Evening Festivities Throughout the Village
As the Village lights up for the night, more celebrations unfold:
🎶 Live Music (4–9 PM)
Saco River Brewing at Norcross Place in North Conway will host local musicians — the perfect excuse to stroll, dine, and enjoy the Village’s vibrant winter energy.
🎈 Family Activities (6–8 PM)
The North Conway Community Center will offer family-friendly games and warm indoor fun leading up to the raffle.
🎤 Live Broadcasts Throughout the Night
WMWV will be on-site at multiple locations — Saco River Brewing, the Community Center for the raffle announcement, and Schouler Park during the fireworks.
🎆 9 PM Fireworks
Our iconic New Year’s Eve fireworks return at a family-friendly time, lighting up Schouler Park and the mountain skyline.
🚂 Conway Scenic Railroad NYE Train
At 8 PM, the Conway Scenic Railroad offers a special nighttime journey — a memorable ride through the White Mountains, but returning for the fireworks!
